3.1 Ownership. You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload. We claim no intellectual‑property rights over the content of your files.
3.2 Non‑Retention. Uploaded files are streamed directly to—and processed within—volatile memory. They are never written to persistent storage and are discarded automatically and irrevocably immediately after processing is complete. KingOfPDF therefore has no ability to recover or provide copies of your files once the conversion session ends.
3.3 Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, and download the files you submit and that doing so does not violate any applicable law—including U.S. copyright law—or third‑party rights.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). You must not:
KingOfPDF does not store the contents of your files, nor do we manually review them. For security and diagnostic purposes, we may retain minimal technical metadata—such as IP address, timestamp, browser type, and error logs—for up to thirty (30) days. The KingOfPDF.com name, logo, and all software code, design, and branding elements of the Service are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
